Strategic Growth Sessions for Entrepreneurs and Creators
Problem
Many small businesses and creative professionals struggle to structure growth, especially in areas such as digital transformation, marketing, and social media management.
Without strategic thinking and structured dialogue, ideas often remain fragmented and difficult to implement.

Since 2023, I have been conducting private strategic sessions, growth sprints, and mastermind groups for entrepreneurs and creative professionals.
I also facilitate creative problem-solving sessions and provide artistic supervision for artists developing their projects.

Participants gain clarity in strategy, structured growth plans, and new perspectives on their creative or business development.

Contemporary Art Workshops for Social Orphans
Problem
Children growing up without parental care often have limited access to creative education and opportunities to explore their talents.
Creative practices can help young people discover their abilities, gain confidence, and imagine new professional and personal possibilities.

In 2022, I conducted contemporary art workshops for children aged 9–16 as part of the charitable project #GiveASkill organized by the children’s foundation Blago.
During the workshops we discussed the opportunities available to talented people in the modern world, explored the structure of the contemporary art field and creative industries, and practiced several artistic techniques.

Participants created original artworks and discovered confidence in their own creative potential.
Some works demonstrated a strong artistic quality, and the participants showed interest in continuing their creative development.

A series of masterclasses for the Sochi City Guides Club
Problem
During the COVID-19 lockdown, tourism professionals faced isolation, lack of communication, and uncertainty about the future of their work.

In 2020, together with local guides, we decided to hold a series of masterminds to provide mutual moral support and use the time of isolation to expand participants’ professional skills through knowledge sharing.
I provided technical support and moderation for the events.

The community brought together 22 professional guides and became a platform for professional knowledge sharing and mutual support during the shutdown of the tourism industry.
It was an amazing experience! By bringing together professionals, we gained unique knowledge about the region and positive emotions during the difficult isolation period.

Cultural and entertainment trip – Russian pastoral
Problem
Traditional local culture, crafts, and rural ways of life are often disappearing from public attention and are rarely presented through immersive experiences.
Experiential cultural tourism can help people reconnect with regional history, traditions, and crafts while supporting local communities and preserving cultural heritage.

I organized a cultural tour introducing participants to the historic town of Kadom in the Ryazan region.
The program included a visit to a traditional hand-lace factory «Kadomskiy veniz», a guided tour of the Russian Izba Museum, participation in a traditional baking ritual with a local folklore ensemble, and hands-on activities in traditional crafts such as weaving traditional wicker shoes and a horse-drawn carriage ride.

Participants experienced an immersive cultural journey that connected them with regional traditions, local artisans, and the historical atmosphere of a traditional merchant town.
